TVS Motor Unveils Six New Products, Showcases AR Smart Helmet and Expansion Plan for Europe

TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a global leader in two- and three-wheeler manufacturing, made a powerful debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan, the world’s largest two-wheeler exhibition. The company unveiled six new products across internal combustion and electric powertrains, introduced advanced riding technology including an AR-based heads-up display helmet, and outlined its expansion roadmap for Europe. Alongside the TVS pavilion was the rejuvenated Norton motorcycle range. TVSM has invested £200 million over the past five years to revive the legendary British brand, known for design, innovation and racing heritage, and is now preparing it for a new generation of global customers.

The star reveal from TVSM was the Tangent RR Concept, a supersport motorcycle featuring a monocoque subframe derived from TVS Racing’s decades of track experience. Also showcased was the eFX three o, TVS’ most powerful electric motorcycle concept, along with the M1-S, the company’s first electric maxi scooter built for global urban mobility. The TVS Apache RTX 300, the latest adventure tourer in the Apache series, will be available in Europe starting Q1 2026. Mr. Sudarshan Venu, Chairman of TVS Motor Company, said the brand’s appearance at EICMA demonstrates its long-term vision to serve European customers with products that combine innovation, technology and quality. He noted that TVS is now among the top global two-wheeler manufacturers, with more than 35% of revenues coming from outside India. Backed by research and design centres in India, Indonesia, Bologna and the UK, TVS is positioning itself for deeper global participation.

TVSM also introduced an AR-enabled heads-up display helmet developed with Swiss start-up Aegis Rider. The helmet uses spatial anchoring and augmented reality to project navigation, hazard alerts and notifications directly into the rider’s line of sight, improving safety without distracting attention from the road. Other connected technologies showcased included Android Auto integration on the TVS X console, and smartwatch pairing with the TVS iQube to provide vehicle status updates, battery condition and safety alerts.

The TVSM pavilion also displayed a wide range of existing models, including TVS Jupiter, TVS NTORQ, TVS Raider and TVS iQube, as well as the Apache RR 310 and RTR 310. Customised versions and accessorised variants, including carbon-fibre and Build-to-Order editions, were also presented. TVS rounded out its showcase with a selection of premium merchandise and riding accessories, highlighting the brand’s growing lifestyle appeal.
