Varroc Secures Major Global EV Contract for Advanced Bi-Directional Chargers

Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has secured a major international contract with a global electric vehicle manufacturer to supply AC bi-directional wall chargers. The deal marks a significant step forward in Varroc’s expansion into the fast-growing electric mobility space and reinforces its position as a trusted global technology partner.

As part of the agreement, Varroc will deliver Energy Star-compliant chargers engineered for high safety, stability, and seamless charging performance. Production will take place at the company’s established facility in Romania, ensuring world-class quality and timely execution for global markets.

The six-year programme is projected to reach peak annual revenues of ₹4,391 million (approximately $48 million), supported by dedicated capacity set up to meet demand forecasts.
